Per community feedback IPAN is working on beginning to offer classes in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area, and possibly traveling to other Iowa Cities. If you have suggestions for courses you'd like to see offered, email us your ideas.

Fundamentals of Paganism - 2005 dates to be determined

*Are you curious about the neo-pagan path, but don't know if it's really for you?
*Have you thought about attending public ritual, but don't know what to expect?
*Is your personal study getting overwhelming, and you'd just like the chance to ask some questions of practicing pagans?

"Fundamentals of Paganism" is a one-day, hands-on overview of modern paganism. This course is designed for the new seeker, or solitary practitioner who would like the opportunity to see how other local pagans interpret the wealth, yet lack, of information available for this religious path. We will focus primarily on the study of Wicca as practiced in the U.S. and the day will include presentations, discussions, journaling, chanting, and feasting. The course will culminate in a simple evening ritual to demonstrate the concepts we've learned throughout the day.
