For many of our attendees this is one of few opportunities they get each year to shop with pagan or pagan-friendly vendors as there are no shops local to them. The vendors’ area is set up in the main gathering space, and vending hours run from the opening through evening ritual.
There is no cost to vend, nor do we take a portion of your profits. The only fee that is requested is a donation of an item, valued at $10 or more, to be included in our fundraising raffle on-site. You are encouraged to mark the donated item as coming from your stock and direct people to your booth!
If you wish to participate in the symposium activities as well as vend, we ask that you register as an attendee and bring someone along to share your vending duties so that the booth is open as much as possible. Attendees will wander in and out throughout the day and may skip discussions sessions in order to shop.
